2. Parties, Law and Jurisdiction
This contract you and us and governed by English law. No other parties can enforce or change it. By entering into this contract, you agree to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUTT Ltd assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your use of our products or services.
2. Order Acceptance
We will contact you to confirm that we have received your order. We will confirm estimated delivery times. Once the product has been dispatched, we will contact you with the shipping details.
3. Order Rejection
If a product is unexpectedly out of stock or an item was accidentally mis-priced by us, we may need to reject your order. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums paid.
4. Outstanding Nonies
We may charge you in full at the time of order, or take a deposit as a part-payment. We will contact you to arrange the payment of any outstanding sums prior to shipment.
5. Delays Beyond Our Control
Any delivery times we provide are estimations only and provided in good faith. You should not book any travel or make any other commitments based on our estimations. We are not responsible for any losses that are incurred as a result of late delivery.
6. Installation
By placing your order, you agree to follow the 'HUTT Installation and Safety Instructions' when installing and using the products. Any use outside of these guidelines may invalidate your warranty and compromise safety.
7. Returns and Refunds
You have the legal right to change your mind and return the product up to 14-days after the day we deliver it. You must let us know by emailing us at info@hutt.life. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us. Alternatively you can contact us to arrange pick up of the products, in which case we will deduct the costs of transportation from your refund. Any goods returned must be in good condition, unused and fit for resale. We may reduce the amount of your refund in the case where products are used, damaged or otherwise not in good condition.
8. Method of refund
We will refund you as soon as possible, or in any case within 14-days of receipt of your returned product. We will send refunds to the account / card number via which the order was placed. We will not refund to third parties who do not form part of this contract.
9. Usage of Data
We will use your personal data to effect the delivery or return of your products, in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Warranty
Your products have a guarantee period of 24-months from the date of delivery, where the usage of the parts has been within normal operating conditions and in line with the 'HUTT Installation and Safety Instructions.'
This warranty covers the original purchaser, but may be assigned to a subsequent or future owner of the product(s) at the discretion of HUTT Ltd.
We will provide replacement parts, in order to return the product to full functionality, at our expense. Shipping will also be at our expense. Any replacement parts must be fitted by the customer in accordance with our instructions. At our discretion, we may choose to fit the parts at ourselves. Any faulty parts must be retained, and we may ask you to return, or photograph the faulty parts to assist with problem diagnosis.
